Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Beauty Halo.

Our products can be returned within 24 hours of the original purchase of the product in the unique case that it has a defect and is not usable. It must also be in the original packaging, and the receipt or proof of purchase. Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at  beautyhalostore@gmail.com. 

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. 

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges and refunds for items that have been used.
